Verónica Ayuso is the office manager at B&W, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. When you call our office you are likely to speak to her first before being guided right.

Verónica has a degree in Hispanic Philology started at the University of Valencia (Spain) and finished at The University of Texas at Austin, passing through the Trent University of Nottingham. This experience of living in foreign countries gave her the understanding about how to work and communicate with different people. Verónica speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.
