Our approach is stage-gate structured: Starting with a strict search profile definition, we establish and segment the search areas to then deliver the information that allows you to step-by-step select more promising areas. Normally, this leads to some 2-5 detailed business cases being drawn up, distilled from some 20-50 initially identified growth opportunity areas.
