B&W supports corporate venturing departments in various ways. We help you to identify and match with potentially interesting ventures beyond your own radar screens; we help you to find external buyers / investors for ventures that you no longer consider of strategic value for your portfolio; and we help you by guiding your individual ventures to success in business development or with R&D alliances.

We have also set up a New Business Development Platform in the Netherlands, allowing directors from leading companies to meet. The aim of the platform is to provide a network through which large corporations can exchange experiences and learn from complementary industries. In addition being the initiator, B&W facilitates regular meetings between the members, and arrange events related to corporate venturing.

As a result of internal tool development, we now can offer also portfolio management / diagnosis tools that allow you to rank, evaluate and track business opportunities / ventures in your portfolio. These are light tools, running on existing software platforms (MS Office) but they provide remarkable clarity and overview.
