A city with a creative pulse

Once again it is shown that we are located in Barcelona not just because of the sun and the sea. When working with innovation you want to be close to where things happen. And when it comes to creativity – this place is Barcelona.

In the last edition of the online magazine Spiegel-Lifestyle , Barcelona is labelled as the favourite city in the world for creative minds.

Of course, Barcelona’s town council is very aware of this reality and has prepared a bright welcome route for the international creatives that come to our city: A guide with the innovation route in Barcelona. As if it was a typical tourist guide, this virtual guide tours all over Barcelona highlighting the buildings, streets, labs, etc. where innovation is taking place. We happily collaborate with some of the mentioned organisations, such as 22@, CIDEM, CSIC and the city’s universities to support their innovation.

Speaking of creativity: the next Pecha Kucha event is held on September 26 at 19.00 in Maremagnum. Last time it was crowded so be early if you want a seat.
