Good Practice Guide on Port Area Noise Mapping and Management

The ‘Good Practice Guide on Port Area Noise Mapping and Management’ was presented at the Final Conference of the NoMEPorts project recently held in Amsterdam.

NoMEPorts is a project funded by the LIFE-Environment Programme of the European Commission. The main aim of the project is to reduce noise, noise-related annoyance and health problems of people living around port industrial areas through demonstration of a noise mapping and management system. B&W has supported the project coordinator (Port of Amsterdam) in the management of this project for the last 2 years.
